To request a return please send an email to info@heartsofyarn.com with “Return Request” and your order number in the email subject.

Customer is responsible for return shipping, and Hearts of Yarn does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Only items purchased on HeartsofYarn.com are eligible for return. Items purchased from one of our partners must be returned there.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. It must also be in the same condition that you received it.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery as indicated by the item tracking. Refunds will be credited to original form of payment within 4 business days of receipt of the product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or defective item, please send an email to info@heartsofyarn.com with “Damaged” and your order number in the email subject.
