Currently we only ship within the United States.

How do I care for my Hearts of Yarn Doll?

Gently spot wash with a damp cloth and air dry. We do NOT recommend using a washing machine in order to maintain the doll’s shape and detail.

Why doesn’t my doll look exactly the way it looks online?

Due to the handmade nature of our dolls, “each doll is perfectly imperfect” and some minor variation is to be expected.

Can I customize my doll?

Unfortunately, we do not offer customization at this time.
